Our son has a car that's low miles but it is 19 years old and had some issues. He took it into Fast Lane and they did a used car inspection. They identified problems, gave an estimate, and after it was approved they scheduled his appointment. They did the needed repairs very timely and everything that was needing attention was fixed. The shop is nice looking, nice chairs to wait in if you want to wait there, very clean and the people are friendly. I felt they were very honest in their appraisal of the problems the car had and didn't feel they overcharged for any of the repairs.
